Coalition for Cultural Change (CC4CC)
Our organization is a nonprofit based in the Inland Empire that develops, implements, and partners with community- based programs that aim for parity – an environment and expectation that everyone has the same opportunity for success. CC4CC’s mission is to lead and support community transformative initiatives.
VISION.
To develop strategies that lead to cultural change that transforms systems in government and power structures in the Inland Empire which leads the state and impacts the efforts to achieve equity and parity in African American life.
MISSION.
We will inspire change and empower our community through programming which builds capacity for workforce and economic development, education, and health and wellness.

HOW WILL WE ACCOMPLISH THIS?
1.
Convening and building coalition amongst Black-owned businesses, organizations, elected officials, and community leaders.
2.
Providing curriculum and specialized training that enhances job retention and also builds capacity, identifies and/or creates career pathways, and enables our participants to advance their goals and objectives.
3.
Connect program participants to resources that will enable them to pursue better outcomes that produce equity and achieves parity.
Current Initiatives
Training.
CC4CC is launching a business team to assist partnering organizations with capacity building which includes a culturally competent training curriculum.
Outreach.
CC4CC responded to COVID-19 in support of the African American Community by coordinating testing, outreach, PPE distribution, educational webinars and vaccinations.
Convening.
CC4CC collaborates with public service agencies and education institutions to create more efficient youth mentoring and workforce programs.
